Max Animated Series 'Young Love' Trailer Inspired by 'Hair Love' Short

"I wish I had a calling. What's my legacy?" Max has unveiled an official trailer for the animated streaming series called Young Love, ready to launch on streaming from creator Matthew A. Cherry. This is based on the award-winning animated short Hair Love, which won the Best Animated Short Oscar back in 2020. They've now turned it into a full-on animated series, available to watch on Max soon. An honest look into the world of an African American young family of millennial parents, as they juggle their careers, marriage, parenthood, social issues and multi-generational dynamics striving for a better life.
