Haunted House Vlogger Horror 'Chateau' Trailer Starring Cathy Marks

"Do you want us here?" Quiver Distribution has posted the trailer for an indie horror called Chateau, the second feature from filmmaker Luke Genton. This first premiered at the 2024 Popcorn Frights Film Festival this year and will be out on VOD to watch at home in December. "Vacation is all about escape." While on a French vacation funded by odd jobs, an aspiring influencer covertly films a vlog in a reportedly haunted chateau she's been hired to clean. This found footage horror follows two influencer idiots getting a real scare when they discover this chateau is actually, really haunted. Starring Cathy Marks and Coltron Tran as the main duo. This isn't a particularity original concept - there's also Deadstream which this film seems to be borrowing from, not to mention Rob Savage's Dashcam, and other horror that is about people going into a haunted house that they think isn't real and nothing will be there.
