Additional Inspector General Karachi Amir Shaikh on Tuesday said security measures were being taken for Ramazan ul Mubarak.
“We are devising plan about beggars and street crimes. We have made units to eradicate beggary,” Amir Shaikh said while talking to media in Karachi.
He said the women should be given their rights.
The Karachi police chief said the police department was working with the Inspector General Sindh for rights of women. Should any woman face a problem in the department, she should immediately inform about it, he said.
