John Bradley in Holiday Comedy 'Merry Christmas Aubrey Flint' Trailer

"The greatest gift you could give someone is a story." Signature Ent. revealed the official UK trailer for the movie Merry Christmas Aubrey Flint, a feel-good holiday comedy from the UK ready for release over there this fall. No US date yet - but if this film is good enough it'll play in the US soon. An amateur version of A Christmas Carol at a retirement home is reluctantly directed by reclusive man named Aubrey Flint sent there on community service. When the show is threatened and a close friend is lost, Aubrey must choose between retreating into solitude or risking everything to save the home—and rediscovering the warmth he thought he'd lost forever. From the streets of York to a makeshift stage, Aubrey not only realizes the power of the local community but also rediscovers the magic of the season. This heartwarming movie stars John Bradley as Aubrey Flint, joined by Celia Imrie, Richard E. Grant, Adjoa Andoh, Karl Pilkington, Kiell Smith-Bynoe, and the voice of Jim Broadbent as Dickens. It looks like an actual attempt at a fun new A Christmas Carol remake, taking a regular ol' curmudgeonly guy & showing him how to find joy again. // Continue Reading ›
