Official Trailer for Rose Glass' 'Love Lies Bleeding' with Kristen Stewart

"Don't ever fall in love, okay?" A24 has revealed the first official trailer for Love Lies Bleeding, the highly anticipated second feature film from director Rose Glass - who made her mark on the horror scene with the 2019 hit Saint Maud. This one is premiering at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival coming up in January in the fest's iconic Midnight section (more info here). Reclusive gym manager Lou falls hard for Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder headed through town to Las Vegas in pursuit of her dreams. But their love ignites violence, pulling them deep into the web of Lou's criminal family. The film stars Kristen Stewart as Lou, Katy O'Brian as Jackie, with Jena Malone, Anna Baryshnikov, Dave Franco, and Ed Harris. This looks like a gritty, mess, violent crime thriller with some good twists and turns. It's a bit familiar, we've seen this story before in many other films.
