First Proper Trailer for Zack Snyder's 'Rebel Moon' Epic Sci-Fi Movie

"The King is a man. And a man can fail. But a myth is indestructible." Netflix has unveiled the first official trailer for director Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon, his massive new sci-fi project for the streaming studio, following-up his zombie movie Army of the Dead. This "teaser" is a full 3 and 1/2 minutes, after the behind-the-scenes preview earlier in the summer. Rebel Moon is an original Zack Snyder creation, a gigantic Star Wars-esque sci-fi adventure about a ragtag team of rebels. In a universe controlled by a corrupt militaristic government, the moon of Veldt is threatened by the forces of the Imperium, the army of the Mother World controlled by "Regent Balisarius". Sofia Boutella stars as Kora, a former member of the Imperium who rallies warriors from across the galaxy to fight back against them. Featuring an ensemble cast with Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Charlie Hunnam, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Ray Fisher, Cleopatra Coleman, Jena Malone, Fra Fee, Staz Nair, plus Anthony Hopkins as the voice of "Jimmy". This has lightsabers, gigantic spaceships, creatures and aliens galore. They've also announced this will be split into two parts - Part One in December, Part Two lands April 2024.
