A meeting of public sector development chaired by Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad was held in Lahore on Friday.
During the meeting, the officials of Pakistan Railways briefed the minister that initial design of main line one ML-1 track has been finalized which is being upgraded under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
The officials informed that design of ML-1 will be presented to Planning Ministry during current month.
During the meeting, the Railways Minister directed the concerned authorities to complete development work of Pakistan Railways before 30th of this month.
