He said this during his official visit to MISK Foundation, Saudi Arabia along with members of his delegation.
Head of MISK Foundation Badar ud Din Qaheel welcomed the Senate chairman and briefed the delegation about the roles and functions of the foundation.
It was founded by Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman with the rationale to prepare the young Saudi population to deal with challenges of the future.The foundation offers training to the youth in the areas of education, culture and media.
Earlier on December 18 (Yesterday) Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani arrived in Saudi Arabia along with an eight-member delegation of senators for a five-day visit to the Kingdom.
He was warmly received at the King Khalid airport Riyadh by the Assistant Speaker Saudi Shura Council Dr Abdullah Al-Samaan, Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Saeed Al-Maliki and acting Pakistan Ambassador Zeeshan Ahmed and other Saudi officials.During the visit, the Chairman Senate and his delegation will also visit Raoza-e- Rasool (S.A.W.W) to offer Drood -o-Salam and perform Umrah besides other official engagements.
The delegation includes senators Ahmed Khan, Mirza Muhammad Afridi, Naseebullah Bazai, Fida Muhammad, Muhammad Talah Mahmood, Khan Zada Khan, Ghoas Muhammad Niazi and Dilawar Khan.
Earlier, prior to his departure to Saudi Arabia, In a statement, Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani says Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy strong cordial relations based on cultural and religious similarities.
He said both countries always supported each other in times of need.
He said the visit would provide further strengthen already existing fraternal ties between the two sides.
A nine-member Parliamentary delegation led by Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani is visiting Saudi Arabia on the invitation of Chairman Saudi Shura Council.
