Little Izhaan was born on October 30 and his first picture was shared five days later by the couple.
"So it’s been 5 days since we came into this world … Me as a mother and my little Izhaan as my son we’ve even watched baba play some cricket together since we’ve arrived it truly is the biggest match, tournament achievement I’ve ever won or had and there is no feeling or blessing that can be greater than this," the tennis ace had written on Instagram.
Mirza, who is a three-time Grand Slam doubles winner, announced her pregnancy in April, prompting speculation her tennis career was over. She had been sidelined since last October with a knee injury.
The 31-year-old, who became the first Indian to win a WTA tournament singles title in 2005, has said the baby´s surname would be Mirza-Malik.
