Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq has said the PML (N) should accept the sentence awarded to Nawaz Sharif by the law and constitution in corruption cases.
In a tweet today, she said those who used to make law their subservient are upset to see themselves being made subservient to the law.
She said Panama Papers had made revelations to the nation about Sharif family. She said interviews of Maryam Nawaz, his father and brothers based on conflicting statements were not aired by us.
Firdous Ashiq Awan said law is awaiting the return of Shahbaz Sharif. She hoped Shahbaz Sharif will bring back his son and son in law to the country. She said reply is still awaited on Telegraphic Transfers (TTs) and as to who stashed money in the accounts of a popcorn seller.
