Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has directed the concerned authorities to strengthen feedback system in services delivery to the people.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar today, he said performance of all the commissioners of the province will be assessed on regular basis.
Mahmood Khan stressed the need of a comprehensive cleanliness campaign in Peshawar city after completion of construction work on Bus Rapid Transit project.
The meeting was briefed that more than three thousand complaints from Peshawar region have been addressed through Pakistan Citizen Portal.
