Iran has urged the United States to return to the nuclear agreement the country signed in 2015 with the major world powers before starting the negotiations.
Addressing a meeting in the city of Rasht, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said Tehran is not afraid of negotiations but the United States must return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
